I have fallen in love with the Rogue Abmat! I am sure we can all remember Gym class where
we were required to do situps with someone holding our legs down; this forces all of the movement into your hip flexors. It also uses momentum to accomplish the situp instead of isolating your ab muscles. With the Rogue Abmat, your spine remains neutral position protecting your back, and the Abmat allows for full extension of the abdominal muscles. Believe me; you will see a difference with toned abs.

My favorite item this month is a weighted vest for when I hike or walk. There are many health benefits to wearing a weighted vest while you walk, one of which is health and bone density. Starting around age 30, our muscle strength and bone mineral density start to diminish so I thought I'd give this a try and I can feel it after I wear it! There are many different weights in the vest as well as colors so be sure to get the one appropriate for your weight to get the most out of your workout.

I decided to revisit a recipe that I posted previously in our Super Bowl post, Hammie Sammies. Super Bowl was at the end of the football season and I feel this might be a recipe you want to have on hand as we ramp up for the new season ahead. They are perfect for a tailgating party. Go Cardinals!! I have found myself making these so many times recently for family reunions, a cul-de-sac party and for my grandkids. It has become one of my go-to favorites for those occasions when food for a crowd is involved. It is a fun recipe that you can easily put together with your grandchildren and trust me, they will love them! Of course, they aren't just for kids. I hope you enjoy making these and they become one of your all time favorites as well!
I usually bake for 10 minutes with the foil on then 10 minutes without the foil. You just need to warm thru and melt the cheese. You can also make and put directly in the oven. Letting them set allows the butter to soak in a little more but they are delicious either way. My grandchildren prefer not to have the onions and poppy seeds so, I do half with just the butter mixture. I have also added 2 T brown sugar to the butter mixture instead of the onions if you want something sweeter instead of savory.

This dessert is ridiculously simple but oh-so-good and healthy too! It’s sure to be a favorite for everyone. But, beware if you make it, it’s hard to stop eating them!
Apple Nachos
· 2 large Apples
· Organic granola
· Organic Peanut Butter
· Organic Honey
-Begin by coring the apples and then thinly slice them and lay
them out on a plate.
-Sprinkle the apples with your favorite organic granola.
-In the microwave warm up about a ¼ cup of peanut butter
and drizzle it over the apples and granola.
-Then drizzle a little honey all over the top.
Enjoy your healthy snack, which is perfect as a summer treat or anytime throughout the fall season!

If you’re looking for a healthy, sweet treat to kick those afternoon or after dinner cravings, try Bhu Keto Cookie Dough. It’s not really cookie dough, it’s a whipped dessert you can eat right out of the jar, just like eating cookie dough from the bowl. It’s very rich, so a serving is just two tablespoons, but even one tablespoon is enough for me to kick a craving. The best news is that it has all clean ingredients and it's organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. It is stored at room temperature and has the consistency of whipped frosting.
